In the old days, a photoblog was set off from it’s sister website, the art portfolio, not only by being linear (and thus, reflective of the timeline) but by being more personal. Portfolios contain the “best” shots while the photoblog contains… everything? Sure, you pick and choose what to post but sometimes its the intent, and not the quality. For me, its my baking. I like food photography, i.e. food porn, and while I am not very good at it, I like the shots.
